Falco Undercoat is based on Alkyd resin high performance product. It provides good penetration and enhances adhesion to the substrate.
Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board and wood works.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.015 – 0.017
Spray Angle : 65o – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.
Application Method
Apply one coats of Falco Under Coat by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 1000 (10- 15% by volume).
Recommended paint system :
• Falco Under Coat 1 coat
• Falco Lac Enamel 2 coats
Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
