Falco Lux Gloss Enamel is based on special Alkyd resin enamel quick drying and light fastness pigments product. It is provide maximum yellowing resistance and optimum hiding power with excellent weathering resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board wood and steel works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Brush, roller or spray

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.013 – 0.021
Spray Angle : 65 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Lux Gloss Enamel (top coat) by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 1000 (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for interior concrete:
• Falco sealer Primer or Acrylic Emulsion Primer –  1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty – 2 coats
• Falco Lux Gloss Enamel – 2 coats

Recommended paint system for steel works:
• Falco Red Oxide Primer  – 1 coat
• Falco Lux Gloss Enamel – 2 coats

Recommended paint system for wood works:
• Falco Wood Primer –  1 coat
• Falco Stucco Putty (interior only) –  2 coats
• Falco Lux Gloss Enamel-  2 coats
Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
