Gulf Shield Hygienic coating is 100 % pure acrylic water based antimicrobial silver – nanotechnology content.it is specially developed for tough service environments providing an extremely durable, low VOC, highly washable finish and odor-free. Permanently provide excellent protection against growth of microbes on paint film as well as fungi, algae and mold.

Recommended Usage
To be used as a top coat for interior surfaces such as concrete, cement, plaster, brick and wood works for hospital, clinics, surgery rooms, food industry schools etc.

The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 140-190 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip : .021″- .027″
Spray Angle : 65-80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Gulf Shield Hygienic coating as a top coat by brush, roller or spray thinned with fresh water (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for interior

• Falco Acrylic primer 1 coat
• G P Acrylic Putty 2 coats
• Gulf Shield Hygienic coating 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
