Falco Silicon Elastomeric Texture is based on special Elastomeric pure acrylic 100% water based modified with silicon binder product. It is texture decorative finish, seamless, low sheen with inherent hydrophobic properties which providing excellent water resistance for superior self cleaning abilities to prevent fungal growth. It provides the surface maximum protection against all weather conditions and crack bridging ability.

Recommended Usage
To be used as a top coat for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, cement, plaster, brick and wood works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Silicon Elastomeric Texture as a top coat by brush, roller or spray thinned with fresh water (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for exterior
• Falco Penetrating Primer S.B (if required) 1 coat
• Gulf Shield Tex Primer 1 coat
• Falco Silicon Elastomeric Texture 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate
