Falco Zinc Chromate Primer is based on Alkyd resin zinc Chromate high performance anti corrosion one pack primer. It is durable, flexible and enhances adhesion to the substrate.

Recommended Usage
To be used on interior and exterior surfaces such as iron, aluminum, steel and non-ferrous metals including galvanized steel.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data

Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.015 – 0.017
Spray Angle : 65o – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco Zinc Chromate Primer by brush, roller or spray thinned with Thinner 1000 (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system :
• Falco Zinc Chromate Primer 1 coat
• Falco Lac Enamel 2 coats

Note1: Two component top coats is not allowed to use over Zinc Phosphate Primer.
Note2: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
