Recommended Usage
To be used for industrial uses on all ferrous & non-ferrous metals including galvanized steel, copper, aluminum etc…
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.015 – 0.018
Spray Angle : 65 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.
Application Method
Apply one coat of Gulf Guard Zinc Chromate Primer by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 2050 (10-15% by volume).
Recommended paint system (normal steel):
• Falco General Purpose epoxy primer – 1 coat
• Gulf Guard Zinc Chromate Primer – 1 coat
• Falco Thane 2 coats
Recommended paint system (galvanized steel):
• Falco Wash Primer – 1 coat
• Gulf Guard Zinc Chromate Primer – 1 coat
• Falco Thane – 2 coats
