Falco G.P.I Epoxy Spray Texture is a two pack epoxy based product specially formulated for decorative purpose & to be applied by special spray equipment to give an attractive textured finish

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces of concrete & plastered walls as a medium coat in epoxy system.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray gun.

Airless spray data
Nozzle pressure : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) :0.46″- 0.69″
Spray Angle : 40 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco G.P.I Epoxy Spray Texture by spay gun thinned with Thinner 2050 (10 – 15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for exterior
• Falco Epoxy Sealer  – 1 coat
• G P H.B primer  – 1 coat
• Falco G.P I Epoxy Spray Texture –  1 coat
• Falco Super Thane – 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
