Falco Aluminum alkyd Finish is based on high quality Alkyd resin glossy enamel decorative paint. It has a good light reflection, weather resistant with excellent washability and opacity.

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board wood and steel works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.013 – 0.021
Spray Angle : 65o – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Aluminum alkyd Finish (top coat) by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 1000 (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for steel works:
• Falco Red Oxide Primer –  1 coat
• Falco Aluminum alkyd Finish  – 2 coats

Recommended paint system for other surfaces:
• Falco Under Coat – 1 coat
• Falco Aluminum alkyd Finish – 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
