Recommended Usage
To be used as a top coat for interior surfaces such as concrete, cement, plaster, brick and wood works for hospital, clinics, surgery rooms, food industry schools etc.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 140-190 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip : .021″- .027″
Spray Angle : 65-80
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Gulf Shield Sphere as a top coat by brush, roller or spray thinned with fresh water (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for interior
• Falco Acrylic primer 1 coat
• G P Acrylic Putty for hair crack only.
• Gulf Shield Sphere 2 coats

Recommended paint system for exterior
• Falco Penetrating Primer S.B (if required) 1 coat
• Gulf Shield Primer 1 coat
• G P Acrylic Putty for hair crack only.
• Gulf Shield Sphere 2 coats
Acrylic shield system for exterior
• Falco Acrylic Primer or Falco G P Acrylic Primer 1 coat
• Falco G P I Acrylic (Texture or Spray Compound) 1 coat
• Gulf Shield Sphere 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
