Wood Adhesive is based on polyvinyl acetate synthetic resin water base product in a ready to use form. It has high bonding strength for all types of wood work.

Recommended Usage
To be used for wood works and furniture.

 

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Application Method
Wood Adhesive should be applied in a thin layer just before clamping or processing. Exposure of the adhesives to the air for a long period of time may allow a skin to form thus reducing the bonding strength. Wood adhesive can be used in hydraulic process. The pressing time varies between 20 – 30 minutes according to ambient temperature. Wood adhesive should not be diluted with water to bring down the viscosity as this may reduce bonding strength and effect inherent properties for all purpose of furniture and wood works.
