Falco Thane Sealer is a two component (base + hardener) polyurethane resin product. It is durable and has gloss retention properties. It is highly chemical, water, mechanical & dust resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board, wood and steel works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.015 – 0.018
Spray Angle : 65 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco Thane Sealer by brush, roller or spray thinned with Thinner 2030 (10-15% by volume).

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
