Falco Thane is a two component polyurethane (base + hardener) top coat with excellent gloss, durability and gloss retention. It is highly chemical, water, mechanical, dust & UV resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, plaster gypsum board, wood and steel works.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.015 – 0.018
Spray Angle : 65o – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Thane (top coat) by brush, roller and spray thinned with Thinner 2030 (10-15% by volume).

Recommended paint system (semi epoxy):
• Falco GP Primer 1 coat
• Falco GP I Acrylic (Putty or Texture) 2 coats
• Falco Thane 2 coats

Recommended paint system full epoxy:
• Falco Epoxy Sealer 1 coat
• G P H.B primer 1 coat
• Falco G.P I Epoxy (Putty or Texture) 1 coat
• Falco Thane 2 coats

Recommended paint system for steel works:
• Falco general Purpose Epoxy Primer Red 1 coat
• Falco Thane 2 coats

Recommended paint system for galvanized steel works:
• Falco Wash Primer 1 coat
• Falco general Purpose Epoxy Primer Red 1 coat
• Falco Thane 2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
