Base coat product is based on Acrylic copolymer ready to use water base product. It is environmentally friendly providing smooth finish and can be applied directly to either new or old solid surfaces of pre-cast concrete, fair-face and level brick work.

Recommended Usage
To be used on concrete, precast, plaster, polystyrene and blocked surfaces for internal ceilings, External car park ceiling, Balcony ceiling and basement concrete wall only.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Tools
Spatula or scrubber.

Application System

CONCRETE CEILINGS

  1. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat at the joints.
  2. Apply two coats of Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat and level with a steel edged spatula.
  3. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat texture finish (if required).

BLOCKED CEILINGS (HOURDY)

  1. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat at the block.
  2. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat to get level smooth surface.
  3. Apply two coats of Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat and level with a steel edged spatula.
  4. Apply one coat Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat texture finish (if required).

PRECAST CEILINGS

  1. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat at the joints and fix fiberglass mesh over it.
  2. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat to get level smooth surface.
  3. Apply two coats Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat and level with a steel edged spatula.
  4. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat texture finish (if required).

POLYSTYRENE CEILINGS

  1. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat at the joints.
  2. Fix fiberglass mesh.
  3. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Base Coat to get a suitable level.
  4. Apply two coats of Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat and level with a steel edged spatula.
  5. Apply one coat of Falco Spray Plaster Finish Coat texture finish (if required).

Notes

  • Falco Spray Plaster use for all construction types with maximum thickness 10 mm.
  • For max thickness required Falco Spray Plaster could be mixed with cement material (@ percentage 5 – 10 ) to give harder substrate. In this case 72 hours required for curing after application
