Falco Silica Primer is based on flexible acrylic copolymer water based product. It contains light textured with selected marble chips. It is an alkali resistance primer with good penetrating properties. It contains fungi and bacteria growth resistance additive.
Recommended Usage
To be used for interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, cement, bricks and woods.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco Silica Primer by brush or roller thinned with fresh water (10-15% by
volume).
Recommended paint system for exterior
• Falco Silica Primer 1 coat
• Any textured top coat 1 or 2 coats
Note: paint System may be varying according to the substrate.
