Falco Modified Silicon Emulsion is based on Acrylic copolymer modified with silicon additive water based product. It’s providing maximum water, alkali and efflorescence resistance. It provides maximum permeability to the surfaces and treated with a very special kind of additive to give long term protection against deterioration of the dried paint film due to the growth of microbial organisms, fungi, and algae.

Product Description
Falco Modified Silicon Emulsion is based on Acrylic copolymer modified with silicon additive water based product. It’s providing maximum water, alkali and efflorescence resistance. It provides maximum permeability to the surfaces and treated with a very special kind of additive to give long term protection against deterioration of the dried paint film due to the growth of microbial organisms, fungi, and algae.
Recommended Usage
To be used for internal and external surfaces such as plaster, concrete, gypsum boards and wood surfaces.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 140-190 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip : 0.021″- 0.027″
Spray Angle : 65-80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.
Application Method
Apply two coats of Falco Modified Silicon Emulsion (top coat) by brush, roller or spray thinned with fresh water (10 – 15% by volume).
Recommended paint system for interior:
• Falco Modified Silicon Primer – 1 coat
• Falco Modified Silicon Putty – 2 coats
• Falco Modified Silicon Emulsion – 2 coats
Recommended paint system for exterior:
• Falco Modified Silicon Primer – 1 coat
• Falco Modified Silicon Emulsion – 2 coats
Note: paint System may be varying according to the substrate.
