Falco G P H.B Primer is a two pack high build primer based on a high molecular weight epoxy resin. It provides water, abrasion, solvent and chemical resistant.
Recommended Usage
To be used as a primer for steel and concrete surfaces as a part of epoxy system.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.018 – 0.027
Spray Angle : 40 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.
Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco G P H.B Primer by brush, roller or spray thinned with Thinner 2050 (10-15% by volume).
Recommended paint system full epoxy:
• Falco Epoxy Sealer 1 coat
• Falco G P H.B primer 1 coat
• Falco G.P I Epoxy (Putty or Texture) 1 coat
• Falco Super Thane 2 coats
Recommended paint system for steel works:
• Falco G P H.B primer 1 coat
• Falco General Purpose Epoxy 2 coats
Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
