Falco Epoxy Sealer is a two component pure epoxy clear composed of high molecular weight epoxy resin and an aromatic polyamide hardener. It is characterized by its high penetration and bonding properties. It provides water, chemical and solvent resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used as a sealer for concrete, floor surfaces or as under coat for Falco Epoxy H.B. Primer.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Spray Data
Pressure at nozzle : 150 kg/cm2 (2100 PSI)
Nozzle tip (inches) : 0.013″- 0.018″
Spray Angle : 40 – 80o
Filter : be sure that the filters are clean.

Application Method
Apply one coat of Falco Epoxy Sealer by brush, roller or spray thinned with Thinner 2050 (10 – 15% by volume).

Recommended paint system for wall & ceiling:
• Falco Epoxy Sealer  – 1 coat
• G P H.B primer-  1 coat
• Falco G.P I Epoxy (Putty or Texture) –  1 coat
• Falco Super Thane –  2 coats
Recommended paint system for floor:

• Falco Epoxy Sealer –  1 coat
• Falco Guard concrete floor paint –  2 coats
• OR Falco Epoxy Floor Paint Solvent Free 1-2 coats

Note: paint system may be varying according to the substrate.
