It is providing water resistance and excellent adhesion, good flexural strength and good impact resistance.

Falco Styro Plaster is a mixture of cement mineral with Acrylic Binder, Fine powder product for Gulf Exterior Insulation System it is providing highly adhesion and excellent base coat for embedding glass fiber mesh on top & which EIFS finishing coat is applied. It is providing water resistance and excellent adhesion, good flexural strength and good impact resistance.

Recommended Usage
To be used for external substrate as an adhesives between Polystyrene board and surfaces.it also as a base coat for embedding glass fiber mesh on top of which finishing coat is applied.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and any contaminations.

Application Method

  1. Apply Falco Styro Plaster over polystyrene board (after mixing with water) and fix into place and using a level (as an adhesive).
  2. Apply a coat of Falco Styro Plaster over Polystyrene board and embed the mesh using a trowel.
  3. Apply another coat of Falco Styro Plaster to the surface to ensure full cover of the mesh.
